These terms explain the rules for using Ledgera. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Ledgera is a personal-finance app for couples and households. It lets you track accounts, balances, credit cards and their invoices, installment purchases, recurring bills, category budgets and reports. Some features use AI to read documents you upload, suggest categories and, where available, answer questions about your finances.
Accounts
You create an account with a name and password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at contact@ledgera.win if you think someone else is using your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for anything illegal;
- try to access other people's data or break the app's security;
- upload content you do not have the right to share;
- interfere with the app or with other users' use of it.
Your content
You own the data you enter or upload. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
AI features
AI features are provided to help you, but they can make mistakes. Extracted transactions, categories and answers may be wrong or incomplete.
- Always review extracted transactions before you save them.
- AI outputs are not financial, tax or legal advice. Make your own decisions, or ask a qualified professional.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on AI outputs without checking them.
Availability and changes
Ledgera is an early-stage project run by an independent founder. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or remove features at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted access or that the app will always work. We will try to tell you about important changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, if any. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives you as a consumer.
Termination
You can stop using Ledgera at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
